About Us
Hammerl Bar Co. was founded in 2025 by Aiden Hammerl, who has been bartending since age 18 — including three years of private bartending for Buffalo's Best Catering and additional experience bartending in restaurants. Aiden and his bartenders are ATAP-certified.
Aiden comes from a family with deep roots in the restaurant industry — his family has owned multiple restaurants and owns Buffalo's Best Catering, now a business partner of Hammerl Bar Co.
Our goal is simple: deliver personalized, high-quality bar experiences that elevate private events and leave a lasting impression on guests.
